Refund Policy
At Saatvik Foods, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return, applicable only for damaged products.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact us at support@thesaatvikfoods.com. The courier charges for returns must be borne by the customer unless the product is damaged or missing. Returns are not accepted for any reason other than product damage.

Delivery Issues
If there are errors in the phone number or address, or if you fail to communicate with the delivery partner when they attempt delivery, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, a refund is not possible. However, we can resend the package if you contact us within 7 days, with additional courier charges.
If the delivery partner is unable to deliver to your location due to it being non-serviceable or out of network, we will issue a 100% refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods such as Baby Foods (+6 months), Diabetes Delight, Instant Homemade Cerelac, Millet Dosa Mix, Millet Varieties (Instant Mix), Multi-Grain Atta Mix, Weight Gain Health Mix.
Custom orders or personalized items.
Sale items and gift cards.
If you have any concerns about a specific item, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at support@thesaatvikfoods.com right away, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and reflect the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@thesaatvikfoods.com.
