Ingredients

For Savory Pancakes:

  • ¼ cup Grated Carrots
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Onions
  • ½ tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Green Chili (finely chopped, optional)
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Batter:

    • In a bowl, mix Black Urad Dal Porridge mix, rice flour, salt, and water/buttermilk to form a smooth batter.
    • Let it rest for 10 minutes to absorb flavors.

  4. Cook the Pancakes:
