Shipping Policy – Saatvik Foods
Thank you for choosing Saatvik Foods! We are committed to delivering homemade, nutritious food products made with millets, nuts, and dry fruits in a traditional way. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please review our shipping policy below.
Shipping Time
- Orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 working hours of receipt.
- Working hours do not include Sundays or public holidays.
- In rare cases, delays may occur due to preparation time or logistical issues.
🚫 Cash on Delivery (COD) is NOT AVAILABLE.
Important Information
- Saatvik Foods is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners.
- Delivery dates may vary based on location, shipping carrier, and order items.
- Ensure your phone number and address are correct to avoid delivery issues.
- If there is an error in the address or you miss the delivery partner’s call, your package may be returned. Refunds are not possible, but we can resend the order within 7 days (with additional shipping charges).
- If a location is deemed non-serviceable by our delivery partner, we will issue a 100% refund.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Tamil Nadu: 3-7 working days
- South Indian States (AP, KA, KL, TG): 3-10 working days
- Other Indian States: 7-14 working days
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight and delivery location.
- The charges will be displayed during checkout and may change periodically.
Free Shipping
- We offer free shipping within Tamil Nadu on all orders.
- Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Drop Shipping
- As a premium online organic food service, we ship directly to you.
- Some items may take additional time depending on availability.

Ground Shipping
- We partner with reliable logistics providers such as FedEx, UPS, and local courier services.
- Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days and reach you within 3-5 days.
- Any unexpected delays will be promptly communicated.
- No signature is required for standard deliveries.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp notification with tracking details.
- Use the tracking number to follow your shipment on the courier provider’s website.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship outside India at this time.
